Our Little Van Library is officially open! We could definitely use more books, so today we will let folks know this is here and we’ll see if word-of-mouth will fill the gaps.
I still can’t believe we have actually pulled this off. But hey, where there’s a will, there’s a way!
Little Free Libraries are like handing out smiles. I’m very happy to be able to take part!

Did you have to register your Little Free Library for a certain location? (They have a map where you can find people.) I’m hoping to do something like this when we’re at campgrounds or workamping. Right now we’re sitting in the Arizona desert sun. I wasn’t sure if you could register without a permanent location.

To register for a Little Free Library, you just need a mailing address to receive the charter sign. You could actually handle that the same way you handle your mail (have it shipped to your mail forwarding location) if you like. Since we move around, I have not put our LFL on the map (being on the map isn’t a requirement). Hope this helps 🙂

I thought of you today – the Bouse, AZ Friends of Library has a book sale the 1st and 3rd Saturdays. We’re boondocking near Bouse and I went to the sale today. Lots of good books and only 25-50 cents each!
