This is Why You Need a Gargoyle

Guardian GargoyleHave you ever wondered what you would do with a Gargoyle in today’s modern architecture? I mean, they are awesome – no one is questioning that! But what can you DO with one if you have one?

I know the answer to that question…

Invader AreaIf you have a spot that is perfect for Alien Invaders (aka Birds) to build their nest, then YOU have a need for a Guardian Gargoyle. Here is an example of the perfect nesting spot for aliens, as you’ll see, it’s a spot no one would really notice. See, way up at the very top in an almost hidden corner, a bird decided to make perfect little nest.

And if I’m honest, I’ll say, it really was a perfect nest (you can see the nest here). However, the bird had already made quite a mess of our porch so the nest was removed without much fan fare. I do feel a little bad about the eviction, since no notice was given, and so much work went into the building of the nest. But at least the bird should have plenty of time to rebuilt it before any eggs are due.

Here is a closer look at our new Guardian friend, who is now active and in service, guarding the “perfect nesting spot”. Thank you Mr. Guardian! We appreciate your service!

A Closer Look

Of course, there are other methods you can use to prevent a bird from building a nest on your porch, but if you have a Gargoyle, why would you use anything else?!

Just Around the Corner

April is pretty darn amazing. Definitely pretty. And absolutely amazing. I love that I can just step outside with my camera and grab some neat shots. Hopefully my neighbors don’t think I’m spying on them as I admire their gardens.

How does nature know what to do?

“This life is yours. Take the power to choose what you want to do and do it well. Take the power to love what you want in life and love it honestly. Take the power to walk in the forest and be a part of nature. Take the power to control your own life. No one else can do it for you. Take the power to make your life happy.”
